Circle of friends

My new friend: Rob is a new friend i met trough Louis. He’s a good person. He’s very friendly and funny. He’s the person that you can trust.

 

Phrasal verbs    

 

A phrasal verb is a verb plus a particle like

Along, away, back, out, up, etc.

It’s more fun to go out with someone you know than to go on a “blind date”

You should never go back to someone you’ve broken up with.

 

  Softening comments 

You can use Though to give a contrasting idea.

Example:

A: They seem pretty frendly.

B: It’s kind of weird, though.

Sometimes they sort of ignore me.
